MICAM TASTE ARENA: TASTE AND STYLE: A SYMPHONY OF ITALIAN COUNTRY

Ambasciatori del Gusto (The Ambassadors of Taste) were presented at the 98th edition of MICAM Milan. It was an extraordinary union between MICAM, the world’s leading international footwear trade fair, and the Italian Association of Taste Ambassadors (ADG), which has always been committed to promoting quality Italian cuisine around the world.

During the September fair, MICAM has in fact chosen Ambasciatori del Gusto (the Ambassadors of Taste) as a strategic partner in the storytelling dedicated to Italian excellence. A journey through the country’s seven footwear districts that have transcended the boundaries linked to the world of footwear and opened up to those of the most authentic and identity-driven food and wine, and that developed along a single, shared common thread: the strength, and pride, of Italian ‘savoir-faire’.

During the event, the new MICAM TASTE ARENA area was set up, in which a programme of show-cooking activities took place, joined by a series of tastings in the dedicated Food areas.
